I am so glad I found your site! Brandon threw away (by mistake) the Christmas letters I was saving from last year and I couldn’t remember what it was! Anyway, I have found you now and plan to keep up to date. . .
My name is Easton Richmond, and I work with PEMCO Insurance, which is hosting an event in Federal Way at the end of this month in the spirit of its “We’re a Lot Like You. A Little Different” ad campaign. I think you’ll find the event to be right up your alley and hope you will check out the details below:
Attention any and all Chainsaw, woodcarving fans!
Woodchips will fly when PEMCO Insurance hosts a chainsaw woodcarving competition on March 29th and 30th. Come partake in some good old-fashion Federal Way fun from 9 a. m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday as you’ll get to vote on your favorite carving. The competition takes place at 1411 SW Dash Point Way in Federal Way, with the winning statue replacing the Bigfoot Sculpture stolen from Dr. Tom Payne’s office last year. There will also be prize drawings and giveaways for the wee woodcarving fans who attend!
Hey Keba,
It’s Chrissy Rinkers – I’m not sure if you remember me or not. I was Head Resident in LaPlata in 2002-2003. Anyway, I just came across your blog and wanted to say hi. Glad you’re living it up in Seattle – I love that city! Your pics are fabulous. Good luck!
